With over three weeks since their last home game, the Manitoba Moose (32-11-4-3) are back at Bell MTS Place tonight, facing their Central Division rival, the Grand Rapids Griffins (26-18-1-6). The Griffins are not only the reigning Calder Cup Champions, but also the only team in the Central Division with a winning record against the Moose. Coming off another successful road trip, Manitoba will try to bring their own winning ways back home with them. Head to moosehockey.com/tickets/, and we’ll see you tonight for the 7 p.m. (CT) puck drop.

WELCOME HOME
The Moose return to Bell MTS Place after a stretch that included a three-game road trip, the AHL All-Star Classic and a six-game swing. The nine road games were good to the Moose who picked up 14 of 18 points with a 6-1-1-1 record, winning the first five games. Manitoba hasn't played a home game since Jan. 20. The Moose now play eight straight on home ice, with the first six games being played Feb. 15-25. Manitoba is 12-6-2-2 on home ice this season.

VETERAN DEFENDER
Moose defenceman Cameron Schilling played his 400th career AHL game on Sunday in Cleveland. Schilling made his AHL debut on April 1, 2012 with the Hershey Bears. He went on to play 210 games with Hershey, before moving on to play 113 games in Rockford and 32 with Ontario. The Carmel, Ind. native joined the Moose for the 2017-18 season and is enjoying a career year with 25 points (5G, 20A) and a +38 rating in 45 games. Overall, Schilling has 123 points (31G, 92A) in his 400 AHL games.

SHOT STREAK
Forward Mason Appleton had his shot streak of 44 games come to an end on Sunday. Manitoba's leading scorer recorded a shot in every game since Oct. 21 in Iowa. With Appleton's run coming to a close, Buddy Robinson now has the longest active streak, and matches Appleton, with a shot in 44 straight games played. The last game the Bellmawr, NJ product appeared in and did not record a shot was Oct. 15 against Cleveland. Robinson (138) and Appleton (129) are one-two on the Moose in shots this season.

LINEUP BOLSTERED
The Moose roster had an important piece added today as the Winnipeg Jets reassigned forward Brendan Lemieux to the AHL. Lemieux has a career- high 28 points (12G, 16A) in 30 games and has scored a goal in each of his last three AHL games. Lemieux has appeared in nine games with the Jets this season, scoring one goal.

MAKING THE MOST
Goaltender Jamie Phillips stepped up with a pair of impact performances over the weekend in Cleveland. The second-year pro stopped 31 of 33 shots in a win on Friday and a career-high 42 attempts in an overtime loss on Sunday. Phillips has a 2-1-1 record with a 2.36 GAA and 0.934 SV% in five appearances with the Moose this season.
