Game Story
The Manitoba Moose (8-7-1-1) met with the Central Division leading Milwaukee Admirals (12-2-2-1) for the first time this season on Saturday night.  The Admirals got on the board first, checking in 4:22 into the game.  Cody Bass kept on a two-on-one and picked the far corner with a perfect shot.  The Admirals held that one goal lead until the final minute of the first.  JC Lipon battled the puck free behind the net and hit the red-hot Dan DeSalvo on the tape for the tying goal and a 1-1 game after twenty.

The lone goal of the second period came just past the five minute mark of the frame.  Matt White got the puck to Trevor Murphy whose long shot snuck its way through the crowd and to the back of the net to put Milwaukee ahead 2-1.  The goaltenders made sure the score stayed that way with Eric Comrie making eight saves in the Moose net and Jonas Gunnarsson stopping all 11 Moose attempts.

Manitoba erased the deficit early in the third.  Jack Roslovic tipped a Nelson Nogier point shot past Gunnarsson 1:38 into the period, tying the game 2-2.  The Moose took their first lead of the night as the powerplay broke through just ahead of the midway point of the period.  Dan DeSalvo set up Kevin Czuczman who moved into the slot before firing the puck to the twine.  The visitors enjoyed their lead only briefly as Trevor Murphy skated onto a loose puck and ripped it by Comrie for his second of the night at 12:17.  The score held until the clock read zeroes with both teams picking up a point, tied 3-3.

Overtime only lasted one shot.  The Moose enjoyed almost complete control of the puck for the first 57 seconds of the extra frame before Chase De Leo ended it with a quick wrist shot from the top of the slot, giving the Moose the 4-3 victory.
