Winnipeg, MB – The Manitoba Moose Hockey Club announced today the team will host its third annual “Share the Warmth” winter clothing drive, presented by Red River Co-op in support of Siloam Mission.  The campaign begins Friday, Nov. 10 and runs through Thursday, Nov. 30.

This season’s winter clothing drive is highlighted by the team’s “Share the Warmth” game on Sunday, Nov. 19 when the Moose host the Laval Rocket for a 2 p.m. matchup at Bell MTS Place.  Fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used adult winter clothing items including coats, gloves, mitts, toques and scarves with them to the game.  Winter clothing items can also be donated by visiting any Red River Co-op store or gas bar in Winnipeg throughout the month of November and placing items in designated “Share the Warmth” donation boxes.  Items collected at the “Share the Warmth” game and at Winnipeg Red River Co-op locations will be distributed to those in need this winter through Siloam Mission.

Upon donating items at the Nov. 19 game or Winnipeg Red River Co-op locations, fans will receive an entry ballot for prizes, including a team autographed Manitoba Moose jersey or one of six pairs of premium suite tickets for the Moose Teddy Bear Toss game on Saturday, Dec. 9.

Tickets for the Manitoba Moose “Share the Warmth” game, presented by Red River Co-op, on Nov. 19 and every Moose regular season game are available at moosehockey.com/tickets.
