Spacek Assigned to Moose
By: Manitoba Moose Staff | Published: October 1st 2018The Winnipeg Jets announced today the team has reassigned forward Michael Spacek to the Manitoba Moose.
Spacek, 21, appeared in 70 games for the Moose in 2017-18, racking up 38 points (17G, 21A) in his rookie season. He also added three points (1G, 2A) in six playoff games. The Pardubice, Czech Republic native scored 10 powerplay goals last season to set a new rookie franchise record along with defenceman Sami Niku.
Spacek was a fourth round pick, 108th overall, of the Winnipeg Jets in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
The Moose roster now sits at 29 players including three goaltenders, nine defencemen and 17 forwards.
