Reloadable Moose Pass

STEPS:

1. Logging In to my Account:

To access the Reloadable Moose Pass portal, seat holders will be required to login to their Manitoba Moose Account. If you have forgotten your password, a new one can be generated and sent to the email address associated with the Manitoba Moose Account ID by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link.

On the left hand side of the page you will see a Reloadable Moose Pass Logo. Click here to enter the portal.

2. Adding Value to my Account:
The Add Value page allows the Seat Holder to place a specific dollar amount on their Moose Account by using a credit card.

Select one of the pre-defined balances or enter a custom amount. Enter the credit card and billing address information for this purchase.

Enter the same email address as you have on your Manitoba Moose Account to have a confirmation message and receipt for this order emailed directly to you. Click “Proceed” to submit the purchase.

If desired, a seat holder can set-up an automatic “reload schedule” for their Reloadable Moose Pass. A reload schedule will automatically add stored value to the Seat Holder’s Account (based on settings specified by the seat holder) by charging the authorized credit card.

Reload Types:

  • Up to Amount: The account balance is increased to a specified dollar amount each time the reload occurs.
  • For an Amount: A specified dollar amount is added to the account balance each time the reload occurs.

Reload Frequencies:

  • Weekly: The account balance will be reloaded weekly, regardless of the current account balance.
  • Monthly: The account balance will be reloaded monthly, regardless of the current account balance.
  • Threshold reached: The account balance will be reloaded when the Seat Holder’s Account balance reaches, or drops below, the specified dollar amount.

3. My Seats

The “My Seat Page” displays the Seat Holder account number, the current Account Balance and a list of seats in the Seat Holder Account.

The seats displayed on this page can be filtered by:

  • Active: Filter by “active seats” to display only those seats which are active in the system. This is the default filter.
  • All: Filter by “all seats” to view both active and inactive seats. Seats become inactive after the Moose game date has passed.
  • With Stored Value: Filter “by seats with stored value” to display all seats which have value added by the seat holder.
  • Without Stored Value: Filter “by seats without stored value” to display all seats which do not have value added by the seat holder.
  • Date: Filter “by date” to display only those seats which are for a Moose game on the selected date. After “selecting the date” filter, additional dropdown menus will appear to select the specific game date.
  • Performance: Filter “by performance” to display all seats for a particular performance or all seats for performances within a specific number of days. After selecting the Performance filter, additional fields will appear to filter by performance name or time frame.
  • Seating: Filter “by seating” will display seats which fit specified seating details. After selecting the seating filter, additional fields will appear to allow the seat holder to filter their seats by section, row, seat(s) or a combination thereof.

Column Definitions:

Total Balance: Refers to the total dollar value available to be redeemed from the specific seat(s). This balance includes Venue Value, Seat Holder Added Value and the Account Limit set by the Seat Holder.

Account Limit: Refers to the maximum value this seat has access to from the Seat Holder Account.

Transfer Value – Seat-to-Seat

Stored value that a seat holder has applied to a specific seat, but has not used, can be transferred to another seat for future use.

To transfer value, select the seats and enter the dollar amount to transfer in the field noted below. The maximum amount that can be transferred from the “transfer from” seat is listed in the “Transferable Balance” column.

Enter in an email address to send a message confirming the transfer value. Click “Proceed” to submit the request.

Update Seat Holder Account Limit

The “Account Limit” defines the dollar amount the seat will have access to from the Seat Holder’s account balance. If the Account Limit is set higher than the Seat Holder’s Account balance, then that seat will have access to the entire remaining balance. If the sum of the Account Limit for multiple seats exceeds the balance of the Seat Holder account, then the value will be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis.

NOTE: By default each seat has no limit set on their account and therefore has no access to the Seat Holder’s account balance. The Seat Holder must assign an Account Limit for access to the account balance.

Transfer Value – Between Seat Holder’s Account and Seat Barcode

Stored value can also be transferred between a seat balance and the Seat Holder’s account balance.

You can load additional stored value onto a seat from the Seat Holder’s Account or transfer unused stored value back from a seat. Use the drop down menu to switch between transferring to and from the Seat Holder’s Account.

The “Transferable Balance” column displays the value available for transfer from the seat(s) to the Seat Holder’s Account. The “Seat Account Balance” at the top displays the value available for transfer from the Seat Holder Account to the seat(s).

Enter in the amount to transfer per seat, and an email address, to have a confirmation message sent to you to confirm the transaction. Click “Proceed” to submit the request.
