Information for seat holders (Full Season, Mini Pack and Flex Pack), groups and single game ticket buyers

We thank you for your understanding and patience prior to the cancellation of the remainder of the 2019-20 AHL season as well as the Calder Cup Playoffs. Our goal has been and remains to provide the most accurate and timely information as it becomes available.
Have games been cancelled?
The American Hockey League announced the cancellation of the 2019-20 AHL regular season and Calder Cup playoffs on Monday, May 11, 2020.
Will Moose Seat Holders (Full Season, Mini Pack and Flex) get refunds for the remaining games not played?
Manitoba Moose Seat Holders (Full Season, Mini Packs and Flex Packs) have a variety of options including an account credit, merchandise credit, providing a donation to the True North Youth Foundation, or a refund. All Seat Holders received an email detailing the above options as well as how to proceed with a selection. I signed up for the 12-month payment plan for my 2019-20 seats, with the final payment to be processed on March 16, 2020. Did you process the final payment during the suspension on the AHL season?
The monthly payment due on March 16, 2020 was not processed during the suspension of the 2019-20 AHL season.
Can I get a refund on my Single Game tickets?
Single game ticket buyers have been contacted via email with their options, including the option for a refund.
I purchased a block of tickets for a group, what are my options?
Group ticket buyers have been contacted via email with their options. Please contact your Manitoba Moose Ticket Sales Representative from whom you purchased your group tickets to discuss any further questions you have related to your group purchase
I purchased a combo package for the Manitoba Moose Country Music Game and the Miranda Lambert concert, can I get a refund?
The combo package for the Manitoba Moose Country Music Game and the Miranda Lambert concert has already been refunded.
If I renewed for the 2020-21 season, when will you begin processing payments?
Seat Holders who renewed for the 2020-21 season would typically have their payments begin on April 15, 2020 (Full Payment, 12 Month Payment Plan and 3-Installments). We did NOT process payments for the 2020-21 season on April 15, 2020 and will communicate our adjusted timelines with you once they have been finalized. If you prefer your full, monthly, or installment payments continue as originally scheduled, please notify Mitch Doell at email@example.com or 204-926-5683.
Has the 2020-21 Seat Holder early bird renewal incentive “Shoot for Your Seats” event been postponed?
Yes, our Shoot for Your Seats event previously scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2020 for Seat Holders who renewed prior to the March 9, 2020 early bird deadline, will be postponed to a later date. Once a new date has been scheduled you will be contacted with additional information.
Has the Manitoba Moose 2020-21 seat renewal period and incentive to win one of 20 Jimmy Roy 20th Season jerseys been extended?
Yes, the March 31, 2020 deadline for Moose seat renewals has been extended to May 29, 2020 at 5 p.m. If you haven’t renewed and would like to confirm your seats for the 2020-21 season you can use your 2019-20 seat credit to secure your seats. If you have any questions about renewing your seats, please contact your Customer Service Representative Mitch Doell at firstname.lastname@example.org or 204-926-5683, or log into your Manitoba Moose Account to apply your 2019-20 credit to your renewal package for the 2020-21 season.
I have an autographed Seat Holder gift to pick up. What are my pick-up options?
The True North Sports + Entertainment office is currently closed to in-person visitors until further notice due to concerns over COVID-19. At this time there is no timeline for the reopening of the offices, nor a timeline for when your autographed item would be available for pick-up. Instead, a Manitoba Moose Ticket Sales and Service team member will contact you shortly to provide a date for when your autographed picture will be dropped off to you using a curbside or related delivery option.
