Gustafsson Recalled by Jets

The Winnipeg Jets announced today the team recalled forward David Gustafsson from the Manitoba Moose.

Gustafsson, 21, leads the Moose this season with 16 points (7G, 9A) in 23 games. His seven goals are also tied for the team lead. The Tingsryd, Sweden product was named the Moose Most Valuable Player for the 2020-21 campaign after totalling 19 points (7G, 12A) in 22 contests. The Jets second round pick in 2018 has 42 points (16G, 26A) in 58 career AHL outings with the Moose. Gustafsson has also appeared in 26 NHL contests while scoring one goal.
