Moose Sign Levis to Amateur Tryout

The Manitoba Moose Hockey Club announced today the team signed forward Connor Levis to an amateur tryout.

Born Oct. 5, 2004 — Vancouver, B.C.

Height 6.02 — Weight 195 — Shoots R

 

Levis, 19, recorded 55 points (24G, 31A) in 65 games this season split between the WHL's Kamloops Blazers and Vancouver Giants. The forward also posted three assists in five playoff games for the Giants. Levis has 178 career points (76G, 102A) in 223 WHL games between Kamloops and Vancouver. The Vancouver, B.C. product also skated in four games with the Blazers in the 2023 Memorial Cup, posting four points (1G, 3A).

 

Levis was a seventh-round pick (210th overall) of the Winnipeg Jets in the 2023 NHL Draft.

 

The Moose take on the Iowa Wild at Canada Life Centre on Saturday, April 13. Puck drop is scheduled for 2 p.m. CT. It's the Mascot Palooza game and a plush Mick E. Moose toy will be available for the first 3,000 fans in attendance.
