Vesalainen Joins Taxi Squad

The Winnipeg Jets announced today the team reassigned forward Kristian Vesalainen from the Manitoba Moose to the Jets Taxi Squad.
Vesalainen, 21, has appeared in six games with the Moose this season, tallying five points (1G, 4A). Prior to his stint with the Moose, the Helsinki, Fin. product played eight games with the Jets while posting one assist. Vesalainen is one of three Jets first round picks to appear in a game for the Moose this season.
