What are the benefits of the Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Membership program?

  • Enhanced benefits: Being a part of the Season Ticket Membership program comes with more than just experiencing the incredible on-ice product. Members will enjoy exclusive benefits including first right to playoff tickets, discounts on food & beverage and Jets Gear merchandise, player autographed gift, Winnipeg Jets game tickets – and more.
  • Seamless continuation of your membership – By opting into your Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Membership for the 2022-23 season you are no longer obligated to renew your seats each season, your membership will automatically be rolled over year over year. What if I do not want to continue my Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Membership after the 2022-23 season?

You will have the opportunity to opt-out of the Manitoba Moose Season Ticket Membership during the opt-out window starting early January 2023. You will receive notification at that time providing details on how to opt out if you choose, otherwise your membership will be rolled over to the 2023-24 season.

What happens to the seats I had during the 2021-22 Manitoba Moose season?

Your seats that were up for renewal in March 2022 from the 2021-22 season will be the same seats you can renew for the 2022-23 season.

What happens to my account credit from the 2021-22 season (Postponed or Limited Capacity Games)?

If you paid in full or had a partial account credit from games affected during the 2021-22 season, we will roll it over to the 2022-23 season and apply it to the invoice for 2022-23.

If I would like to renew my seats for the 2022-23 season, what do I do?

You can renew your seats for the 2022-23 season by logging into your Manitoba Moose Account and selecting a payment plan that works best for you.

If I have credit on my account, but do not plan on renewing my seats for the 2022-23 season, can I get my credit refunded back to me?

Yes, if you choose not to renew your seats for the 2022-23 season, you can request a refund of the credit on your account by contacting your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative.

You can also choose to not renew and leave the credit on account for future use including to renew later or to use towards individual game tickets for the 2022-23 season.

What are my options for ticket packages for the 2022-23 season?

You can purchase full season (36 regular season plus the first four playoff games), 12 game mini packs (choose 1 of 4 eight game packs plus a 4 game Prime pack that consists of the four most desired promotional games of the season) or 10 Ticket Flex Packs – for full details including Manitoba Moose seat holder benefits please visit: MooseHockey.com/PACKAGES

Have package prices increased for the 2022-23 season?

The Manitoba Moose Ticket Member pricing will remain the same as the 2021-22 season
P1 – $27.50, P2 – $22, P3 – $16.50

Is there an additional cost to alter my ticket package or relocate my seats?

Yes and No?

No – you will not incur any additional costs for altering your package or relocating seats within the same price category ie. Move from P2 seats to alternate P2 seats.

Yes – Additional costs will apply when you upgrade your seating section. (I.e. Upgrading from P2 seats to P1 seats.) Visit MooseHockey.com/PACKAGES to view the 2022-23 Manitoba Moose pricing chart, seating map and seat holder benefits.

Will I have to make a payment immediately when I renew my seats?

No, existing Manitoba Moose Ticket Members who renew their seats will not be required to make a deposit at this time. Your first payment will be processed on or about April 1, 2022.

If you have an account credit from the 2021-22 season, the deposit will be deducted from the total amount owed, and the remaining balance will be applied to the payment plan of your choice.

If I am a NEW Ticket Member for the 2022-23 season do I have to make a deposit?

If you are a new Manitoba Moose Ticket Member purchasing a full season or mini pack for the 2022-23 season, you will be required to make a minimum 10% deposit at the time of purchase. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount owed, and the remaining balance will be applied to the payment plan of your choice.

What payment options do I have when I renew my seats for the 2022-23 season?

Account credits will be applied to the balance owing prior to the first payment processed on or around April 1, 2022.

  • Pay in Full (Credit Card/Direct Withdrawal) – April 1, 2022
  • Monthly Payment Plan– The Moose monthly payment plan for Full Season and Mini-Packs is spread out over 12 months (April 1, 2022 – March 1, 2023). For Flex Packs the payment plan is spread over 7 months (April 1, 2022 – October 1, 2022) Please note there is a 2% administration fee applied to all monthly payment plans.
  • Installment Payments(Credit Card/Direct Withdrawal) – 20% of your payment will be processed on or around April 1, 2022; 40% of your payment will be processed on or around June 1, 2022; 40% of your payment will be processed on or around August 1, 2022

Please note: if you select a Direct Withdrawal option, please contact your Account Service Representative matis@tnse.com to submit your banking information.

Why do I have to select a payment plan again?

This will ensure you select the payment plan option that works best for you at this time, and that we have the most up-to-date payment type on file (Credit Card/Direct Withdrawal). All accounts will require an active credit card on file. All cards are encrypted for privacy and safety reasons.

Can I upgrade from a Mini Pack to a Full Season Package and still keep my same seat?

Yes, however you cannot perform this function online. You must call your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative if you wish to upgrade your Mini Pack to a Full Season Package. To contact your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative please email matis@tnse.com

Can I downgrade from a Full Season Package to a Mini Pack and still keep my same seat?

Yes, however, the likelihood of keeping your same seat will be subject to Full Season Ticket Members who wish to purchase your seat location for a Full Season Package. In the event this occurs, you will be required to relocate to a different seat location. This applies to all Mini Pack Members. Full Season Ticket Members will be given the opportunity to relocate into a seat held by a Mini Pack Member – however if the current Mini Pack Member chooses to renew or upgrade to a Full Season, they will retain priority of that seat location.

Also, please note that you must call your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative if you wish to change from a Full Season to a Mini Pack as you cannot perform this function online. Your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative can be contacted matis@tnse.com

Can I add or remove seats on my account?

If you wish to increase or decrease the number of seats on your account, you must call your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative. How is a 12 game Mini Pack constructed?

You will be able to choose your games from one of four eight (8) game packs plus the (4) game Prime pack that consists of the four most desired promotional games of the season– including the Home Opener and three other anticipated promotional games – in the past this has included New Year’s Eve, Louis Riel Day and the Fan Appreciation game.

How will I select my regular season seat(s) included in the (4) game Prime pack?

You cannot choose seats for the (4) game Prime pack as part of the relocation process. At this time, the only way to guarantee your seats for the (4) game Prime pack is to purchase a 2022-23 Full Season Package.

The (4) game Prime pack will be announced shortly after the release of the 2022-23 AHL schedule (expected to be released summer of 2022).

Once the schedule is released, we will place seats for the (4) game Prime pack in your account – we will do our best to keep the same seats as you have with the 8-game package, if we are not able to accommodate, we will do our best to select similar seats.

What is a Flex Pack?

A Flex Pack consists of 10 digital ticket vouchers plus two additional tickets to a (TBD) premium game.

You will be able to redeem the vouchers in any amount for any game within the price category of the vouchers purchased (based on availability). You can also purchase additional blocks of 10 digital vouchers at any time during the season.

When can I relocate?

Full Season
First you must renew your current seats online. Once you have renewed you can contact your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative to indicate you would like to relocate your seats. Mini Packs
You will have to renew your seats and then when the four (8)-game Mini Pack options have been released you can contact your Manitoba Moose Account Service Representative and they will be able to provide options based on your request and available inventory. What are mobile tickets?

Mobile tickets are the universal method of entry for all Manitoba Moose games at Canada Life Centre.

Mobile Ticketing provides a safe and convenient way to access Canada Life Centre and distribute your seats to friends, family and others. Many businesses and industries have transitioned to mobile platforms including banking, ordering groceries, travel and adding your Manitoba Moose tickets to the list is a natural fit.

  • CONVENIENT: Manage, transfer or donate your tickets from anywhere using a mobile device
  • IMPROVED CONTROL: Improved control and distribution when sharing tickets.

What if I have a conflict with my schedule and there is a game in my package that I am not able to attend?

You have several options available to ensure your tickets are used!

  • Ticket trade– You will be able to trade tickets prior to a game you cannot attend for a game you can attend; this allows you flexibility by attending games that are not included in your package or having multiple seats for a game you can attend. Please visit com/SEATS/DIGITAL-TICKETING for additional details.
  • Donate– You will be able to donate seats to games you are not able to attend. The tickets will be donated to a youth serving association that is partnered with the True North Youth Foundation. In return for your donation a tax receipt will be sent to you for the value of the ticket. Please visit com/SEATS/DIGITAL-TICKETING for additional details.
  • Ticket Forwarding– You will be able to forward seats to friends, family, staff or clients without physically distributing tickets. The recipients will then be able to load the tickets to their mobile device or print at home. Please visit com/SEATS/DIGITAL-TICKETING for additional details.

When the Mini Pack schedule is released, will I be able to change to a different package if my current selection does not work for my schedule?

Yes, currently we anticipate communicating the four Mini Pack options for the 2022-23 season to all Mini Pack Members in the summer of 2022. If the Mini Pack option you initially selected does not work for your schedule, you will have the opportunity to choose the Mini Pack that best fits your needs.

Do I still get a discount at Jets Gear/TrueNorthshop.com for Moose merchandise?

Yes, Full Season Seat Members (20%) and Mini Pack/Flex Pack Members (15%) can use their discount at any of the Jets Gear Locations as well as TrueNorthShop.com. Simply use the email address on your Moose account when making your purchase online and the discount will be applied at checkout.

Do I need to create an account to be able to purchase and manage Manitoba Moose tickets?

Yes, if you would like to purchase a Manitoba Moose package, you will be required to create an account on our Manitoba Moose Account Manager page (https://am.ticketmaster.com/mbahl/). If you already have an account, but are having trouble accessing it, please contact your Account Service Representative.
