2019-20 AHL SEASON UPDATE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Information for seat holders (Full Season, Mini Pack and Flex Pack), groups and single game ticket buyers

For Seat Holders, Groups and Single Game Buyers:

We thank you for your understanding and patience during the current suspension of the 2019-20 AHL season. It is our intention to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information as it becomes available to us.

Have games been cancelled?

The AHL season has been suspended and no games have currently been cancelled. Tickets for any postponed games will be valid for the rescheduled dates once confirmed.

Will Moose Seat Holders (Full Season, Mini Pack and Flex) get refunds for the remaining games not played?

For Manitoba Moose Seat Holders (Full Season, Mini Packs and Flex Packs), payments will remain in their account and will be applied to the rescheduled games. Should a game not be rescheduled, Seat Holders will receive a credit to their account. If games are cancelled, and a refund is requested, additional information concerning the refund process will be communicated at that time.

I signed up for the 12-month payment plan for my 2019-20 seats, with the final payment to be processed on March 16, 2020. Will you be processing the final payment during the suspension on the AHL season?

We will not be processing the March 16 monthly payment during the suspension of the 2019-20 AHL season. Once additional information regarding future games is available, we will be communicating details of the 12th and final payment for the 2019-20 season.

Can I get a refund on my Single Game tickets?

Tickets will be honoured at future Manitoba Moose games. Once additional information pertaining to future games is available, single game ticket buyers will be contacted with their options, including the option for a refund.

I purchased a block of tickets for a group, what are my options?

Please contact your Manitoba Moose Ticket Sales Representative from whom you purchased your group tickets to discuss your options.

I purchased a combo package for the Manitoba Moose Country Music Game and the Miranda Lambert Concert, can I get a refund?

Tickets for Manitoba Moose games will be honoured at future games. Once additional information pertaining to future games is available, we will contact you with options. The Miranda Lambert concert scheduled for May 2 has not been postponed or cancelled at this time.

I won’t be able to make a rescheduled game and would like a refund?

Rescheduled dates for remaining Manitoba Moose home games are currently pending. Tickets held for any postponed game will be valid for the rescheduled date, once determined. Should a game not be rescheduled, Seat Holders will receive a credit to their account. Additional information will be communicated as rescheduled games are confirmed, including refund procedures.

When games are rescheduled, will people that have had tickets transferred to them be the recipient of the makeup game tickets or will the tickets go back to the Moose Seat Holder?

Once a ticket is transferred it belongs to the recipient. Accordingly, that ticket will be valid for the rescheduled game, for the recipient of the transferred ticket(s).

How will the season work when resumed, including playoffs?

The AHL is analyzing alternative formats for a resumed season. Without a timetable for when the season could resume it is hard to determine what the best course of action could be at this time.

When will decisions on future games be made?

We are monitoring the situation daily and are in regular communication with the AHL. We will provide updates to our Seat Holders and fans as information is available to us.

If I renewed for the 2020-21 season will you be processing payments on April 15 as scheduled?

Seat Holders who renewed for the 2020-21 season would typically have their payments begin on April 15 (Full Payment, 12 Month Payment Plan and 3-Installments). Due to the suspension of the 2019-20 AHL season, we will NOT be processing payments for the 2020-21 season at this time. We will be adjusting our timelines and will communicate with you once the revised timelines have been finalized. If you prefer your full, monthly, or installment payments start on April 15, please notify Mitch Doell at mdoell@tnse.com.

Has the 2020-21 Seat Holder early bird renewal incentive “Shoot for Your Seats” event been postponed?

Yes, our upcoming Shoot for Your Seats event previously scheduled for Saturday, March 28, for Seat Holders who renewed prior to the March 9 early bird deadline, will be postponed to a later date. Once a new date has been scheduled you will be contacted with additional information.

Has the Manitoba Moose 2020-21 seat renewal period and incentive to win one of 20 Jimmy Roy 20th Season jerseys been extended?

Yes, the March 31, 2020 deadline for Moose seat renewals has been extended. A new deadline will be communicated to Seat Holders at a later date. If you haven’t renewed and would like to confirm your seats for the 2020-21 season, please contact your Customer Service Representative Mitch Doell at mdoell@tnse.com or log into your Manitoba Moose Account to renew your package for the 2020-21 season.

I have an autographed Seat Holder gift to pick up. What are my pick-up options?

The True North + Sports and Entertainment office is currently closed to in-person visitors until further notice due to concerns over COVID-19. At this time there is no timeline for the reopening of the offices, nor a timeline for when your autographed item would be available for pick-up. Once the office reopens you will be contacted with a timeframe for when you can stop by to pick up your autographed item.
