Account Manager Help

Log in to your Manitoba Moose Account with a desktop, laptop or tablet HERE, or use your Manage Your Account menu option within the Moose App (click for app download information)

Each of the functions to manage your tickets require only a few easy steps;

SEND/FORWARD – Send tickets to family, friends, employees or customers – this is the only secure way to transfer tickets. You will also be able to track who you have sent tickets to throughout the season.

TICKET TRADE – if you are unable to attend a game in your package, you can trade your tickets to that game (The trade must be made before that game is played) for any other game during the Manitoba Moose regular season.

PACKAGE ADDITIONALS – You can purchase additional tickets to any games throughout the season at package pricing, saving you time and money.

DONATE – if you are unable to attend a game you can donate your tickets to the True North Youth Foundation who will provide them to underserved families to attend the game.
