Bongiovanni Traded to Senators

The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have traded forward Wyatt Bongiovanni to the Ottawa Senators in exchange for future considerations.
Bongiovanni, 24, appeared in 93 games for the Moose and registered 33 points (21G, 12A) over the course of 93 games. The Birmingham, Mich. product posted four multi-point contests in his Manitoba career. The forward also suited up in five playoff contests and recorded three points (2G, 1A), including the overtime-winning marker against Milwaukee on May 3/23.
The Moose battle against the Chicago Wolves at Allstate Arena tonight. Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. CT.
